Kaltrina Ahmeti

Kaltrina is a strategic operations and M&A integration leader who works within private equity-backed portfolio companies, operating at the intersection of corporate development and operational execution. She partners closely with senior leadership to turn executive direction into clear plans, communications, and cross-functional action. Her experience spans M&A diligence and post-acquisition integration, business operations, and go-to-market strategy.

Based in Chicago, Kaltrina played an invaluable role in Illyrian's creation. She brings a structured, execution-focused lens to her role as a Strategic Partner, and provides ongoing leadership on the firm's operations, finances and growth strategy. 

Kaltrina holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Prishtina.
